These general terms and conditions of contracting expressly govern the relationships established between Bufete Prolegue, S.L. and those third parties who electronically contract the products and services offered.
By accepting these terms, the user is bound by them, and together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, they govern our commercial relationship.
The user may only access and contract the services of http://serviciosprolegue.com/ after reading and accepting these terms and conditions of contracting.
Bufete Prolegue, S.L. reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. If the changes represent a substantial modification of the terms, notice will be provided by posting an announcement on this website.
The services offered are available only to legal entities and individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

SERVICE REQUEST
The contracting procedure and the pre-contractual information are provided in Spanish, and this will be the language used to carry out the contracting process. If it is possible to proceed in another language, this will be indicated prior to the start of the contracting process.
Contracting Procedure
To access the products offered by the provider and make a purchase through the website, the user must first enter their vehicle registration number. The user must then freely and voluntarily provide the personal data requested.
Once the data has been entered and these general terms and conditions have been accepted, the user may place the order and will receive an email with the order details as an acknowledgment of receipt, confirming their acceptance in accordance with Article 28 of Law 34/2002.
Once the acknowledgment of receipt has been sent, the sales department will contact you by phone or by any other equivalent means to complete the contracting process.
Once the contracting process is complete, a copy of the contract will be sent to you electronically. If you wish, it can also be sent in paper format. The contract will specify the details of the contracting parties, the terms and conditions, the services provided, and the governing clauses.
Once you have reviewed and agreed to the contract, the signed copy must be returned by the contracting party.
In accordance with the requirements of Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the steps outlined below:

- Click on the “Contract” button. On this screen, you will see a summary of your cart with the selected products. You may remove any product by clicking the delete option if you wish.
- If you agree with the selected services, click on the “Place Order” button and complete your personal information and payment method. On this screen, you must validate and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, which will govern the agreement entered into.
- After entering the required details of your chosen payment method, click on “Place Order”.
- You will receive a detailed email, after which the sales department will contact you to complete the contracting process.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The applicable prices for each product and/or service are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, and, where applicable, all prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within Spanish territory.
The contracted services shall be paid using the payment methods accepted by Bufete Prolegue, S.L., which are as follows:
- Paypal.
- Redsys card
- Direct Debit
- Bank Transfer
If your chosen payment method is a bank card, by clicking “Purchase and Proceed to Payment” you are confirming that the credit card is your own.
Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the issuing entity. If the entity does not authorise the payment, we will not be held responsible and will be unable to formalise any contract with you.
For each contract made through the MultAyuda website, €10 will be donated to the ABAY Association for development projects in Ethiopia.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992 of 28 December, regulating this tax, and European Directive 2008/8/EC, the transaction may be exempt from or not subject to VAT depending on the buyer’s country of residence and the capacity in which they are acting (business/professional or individual). As a result, in some cases, the final order price may differ from the amount displayed on the website.
The price of the services sold by Bufete Prolegue, S.L. includes the VAT applicable in Spain. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT rate applicable to the order. For orders destined for other European Union countries, Spanish VAT will be deducted and the applicable VAT rate of the destination country will be applied. The final price will be shown during the order confirmation and will reflect the VAT rate corresponding to the destination country of the products.
Service prices may change at any time at the sole discretion of Bufete Prolegue, S.L. The Services do not offer price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.
The services offered on the website, along with their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they remain listed in the catalogue of services displayed on the website. Users are advised to access updated versions of the website to avoid pricing errors.
CONTRACT FORMALISATION AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each time the vehicle owner, or their authorised drivers, receive a sanction, they authorise Pyramid Consulting to sign the necessary documents and appeals required for the defence of said sanction, on behalf of the vehicle owner or their authorised drivers, unless otherwise specified by them. This authorisation is of a private nature and may be elevated to public status whenever deemed appropriate.
The email address for receiving fines is atencioncliente@bufeteprolegue.com. Each time a sanction is submitted to us, the contract holder undertakes to inform us of the date the notification was received, the method of receipt, the circumstances of the alleged offence, and/or any comments related to the citation. If the documentation is sent by post or fax, the contract holder agrees to contact Bufete Prolegue, S.L. by phone to confirm proper receipt of the documentation.
The contract holder must provide the full details of the vehicle’s driver—name, surname(s), ID number (D.N.I.), full address, postal code, city, and province—in cases where the driver at the time of the offence is not the contract holder. Otherwise, it will be presumed that the contract holder was the driver.
The duration of this contract is one year, starting from the date of acceptance of this agreement.
This contract will be renewed annually unless either party provides prior notice at least thirty days before its expiration.
The annual fee will be reviewed each year in accordance with the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the National Statistics Institute or any equivalent body that may replace it. The annual fee may be modified with prior notice, but only at the end of the contracted period. This fee includes VAT.
SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICES OFFERED
Bufete Prolegue, S.L. undertakes to carry out, on your behalf, all necessary actions to defend the vehicle covered by this contract, or the subscriber in the case of a personal Bufete Prolegue, S.L. subscription, against sanctions imposed in matters of traffic and transport before third parties and up to the legally competent administrative authority. This includes proceedings at both the administrative and enforcement stages, including the identification of the driver, as many times as requested during the validity of this contract.
Bufete Prolegue, S.L. will carry out searches in the Official State Gazette (Boletín Oficial del Estado) to locate any fines published in the name of the contract holder or the contracted vehicle. However, it shall not be held responsible for any fines that are not found. In order to provide this service, the client must supply an email address.
Bufete Prolegue, S.L. undertakes to carry out, on your behalf, all necessary actions to defend the case covered by this contract before third parties and up to the legally competent administrative authority, both in the administrative and enforcement stages. This includes the identification of the subscriber-driver as many times as necessary for the proper management of the case.

Pyramid Consulting will carry out searches in the Official State Gazette (Boletín Oficial del Estado) to locate any fines published in the name of the contract holder or the contracted vehicle. However, it shall not be held responsible for any fines that are not located. To benefit from this service, the client must provide an email address.
Pyramid Consulting will also provide preventive legal advice in matters related to this contract.
TienesPuntos
Bufete Prolegue, S.L. will provide automated information regarding the current balance of driving licence points of the holder of this contract. An email notification will be sent each time there is a deduction or change in points, and at least once a month to the concerned driver.
The subscriber agrees to provide the necessary access credentials in order to check the current balance of the holder’s driving licence points, on a one-time basis, and to notify Bufete Prolegue, S.L. of any changes to those access details. Bufete Prolegue, S.L. will provide guidance as needed to assist the subscriber in obtaining the required access credentials.
TECHNICAL MEANS FOR ERROR CORRECTION
The User is informed that, if they detect an error in the data entered to process their service request on the website, they may correct it by contacting us through the contact channels provided on the Website
In any case, before clicking on “Place Order,” the user has access to the area—cart or basket—where their service requests are listed, and may make modifications.
Likewise, the User is advised to consult the Legal Notice, General Terms of Use, and Privacy and Data Protection Policy for more information on how to exercise the rights provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
